Boasting 30 years of service, at E•D•S International we offer tooling design and stamping services for applications in a wide range of industries including agriculture, automotive, communications, construction, electronics, furniture, medical, and military. Available die types include fine blank, continuous strip, deep draw, forming, four slide, high speed, progressive, and punch press dies. Tooling possibilities include coining dies and swage, compound dies, draw dies, forming, piercing, secondary, and progressive dies. Dies are designed to handle a variety of materials including aluminum, sheet metal, nickel steel, steel, cobalt steel, titanium, bronze, brass, exotics, and ferrous metals among many others. Material run thicknesses range from 0. 0.010″ – 0.125″, with size capabilities of up to 36″ in length, 36″ in width, 12″ in height, all to the tightest tolerances of ± 0.002″.

Complementing our tooling design service are our production stamping capabilities, producing custom components for numerous applications. We employ a variety of stamping methods and dies types including punch press, progressive, continuous, forming, deep drawn, and fully sheared, along with high speed and four slide In order to rapidly produce parts from a multitude of materials. We meet surface critical requirements, and incorporate specialized stamping features such as threading, tapping, enameling, countersinking, and embossing. Stamping size capabilities are up to 36″ in length, 36″ in width, and 12″ in thickness. We focus on quality and on time delivery, utilizing the latest methods of inspection and testing to meet high accuracy levels. Our processes are ISO 9001:2008 certified and UL registered, conforming to stringent industry standards such as CE, TS, and TUV.
